Kay Kimball
President, The Security Oracle, Inc.

Dear Ms. Kimball,

I was impressed by the presentation and gunshot detection test that The Security Oracle, Inc. (TSO) conducted at Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy (OPOTA) in London, Ohio on October 10, 2017 with the Columbus Police Department. Since TSO uses the muzzle blast which is associated with all firearms, sonic and supersonic to determine the location of the shooter, the shockwave determines the direction of travel, or trajectory; this allows first responders to benefit from the actionable intelligence transmitted to the safety personnel’s mobile devices during an active shooting incident.

The super bright Carlisle Finch light that TSO demonstrated to me on November 16, 2017 and the non-lethal actuators that TSO RCADS® uses can improve public safety and save lives by disorienting the shooter(s) while alerting potential victims to the safe evacuation paths to avert major casualties and injuries.

As the Senior Law Enforcement Training Officer of the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy, I believe the following organizations could benefit from TSO’s RCADS® since they are direct conduits for first responders:

  • Buckeye State Sheriff’s Association
  • Ohio Association of Chiefs of Police
  • Ohio Tactical Officer’s Association
  • National Tactical Officer’s Association

The O.O.D.A. Loop is a process that defines how we humans react to stimulus. Colonel John Boyd coined the term O.O.D.A. Loop, in the 1950's. Colonel Boyd, known as the “Fighter Pilot who changed the Art of War” the four steps of decisions making: Observe, Orient, Decide Act. I believe TSO’s artificial intelligence appliance empowers security personnel with situational awareness.

empowers security personnel with situational awareness

I will be glad to be the champion of introducing TSO’s security world changing technology to law enforcement personnel who come to OPOTA for active shooter emergency response training.

Sincerely,
